Hello!
I'm writing as a Catholic young adult in Chicago (I attend St. Clement's), wondering if there might be any young adults (20s and 30s) active in the SVDP Society at Queen of Angels. This is very late notice, but there's an informal gathering this Sunday of "Vincentian young adults," including those who've served a year with an SVDP society, as well as those who've participated in a Vincentian yearlong service program.
If any of your members have this sort of service background and are interested, they're welcome to join us for dinner and discussion this Sunday, May 20 at 5:30 at the Perboyre Mission House, 1010 W. Montana.
For more information, please feel free to contact me, either at kraft_karen@yahoo.com or at 773.384.3819.
I apologize for the late notice--if anyone interested can't make it but would like to know more, please let me know. We're trying to plan another event for the summer. Thank you very much!
